If you're ready to follow Jesus you can use the prayer below, or your own words to do the following:
- Recognize your sins – the ways you have hurt others and ignored him. Tell God about them.
- Acknowledge that Jesus died to pay the penalty for all that sin.
- Rejoice that Jesus rose from the dead to enter eternal life and to offer it to you too!
- Finally, ask Jesus to take the lead in your life and enable you to love others unconditionally like he does.

Lord Jesus, I am hungry. I have tried to fill my life with many things that do not satisfy. I have hurt others and I have hurt you with my words and actions, and I don't want to do that anymore. I believe that you died on the cross to spare me from the consequences I deserve. Thank you for your sacrifice. I believe that you rose again to eternal life and I want to live it with you. I know that you alone can satisfy me. I want you to take control of my life. Please fill me with your great love so that I can share it with others. Amen.
